1. The time of the start of an iteration is writed into the data file.

2. The FujiMC driver is fixed on 29.10.2006 (NAMMM not yet reprogrammed). 
Older versions of the driver (identified by Protocol Version 4) have invalid 
coincidences sequence in the file. 
Instead: 1-1, 1-2, ... the 1-1, 2-1, ... is writed.
